Denis

Hello, my name is Denis. I’m a qualified and insured bodyworker who approaches your treatment sessions holistically with calm and compassion.

I was trained in Swedish Massage and Indian Head Massage by Amanda Brady at Belfast Met in 2008 with further training in Deep Tissue by Suzanne Crombie at Gateway in 2010. I undertake frequent qualifications, most recently with Mike Everson, leaning more towards healing through the meridian system.

As well as massage, I am a Senior Yoga Teacher who has been teaching since 2012.

With a deep passion for yin yoga and eastern healing techniques, I incorporate this knowledge into our sessions together and guide you to surrender from stress and overwhelm into the present moment.
